After enjoying the sunshine and warmth a few days ago, we were hit with some snow today. As soon as Joel sees the tiniest flakes falling from the sky he starts to ask, "Can we go outside?" This morning he wanted to go out on his own while I was still feeding Jude, so he put his gear on and went out. Well, part of his gear. He decided he would just put on his shoes with no socks. This is the result. He let me first snap a picture of him and then looked to the side and said, "Maybe I should get some socks. It's cold out here."
Jude was captivated by the white stuff. He just stared out the window in awe making chirping and yelling noises. He also recently discovered our neighbors' dogs and will say "woof woof" at them. Looks like he might end up as a chatterbox just like his older brother.
